摘要: C orncobs are abundant lignocellulosic waste materials in Indonesia . Lignocellulosic biomass has the potential to be used as raw material produce biofuel. mainly consists of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. The convertion ligno cellulosic fermentable sugar involves pr etreatmen t  hydrolysis ( enzimatic saccharification ). objective this experiment is optimize operating condition alkaline hydrogen peroxide pretreatment hydrolysis treatment release from corncob. In effect temperature concentration H 2 O ) lignin disruption by (AHP) at pH 11.5 were studied. Under optimum 2% ,  temperature 35 o  pH 11.5, 12h )  hydrolys using cellusoft L. 5 0 5, 12h, a total 514.3 ppm glucose was obtained.
