摘要: Viral pathogens are major causes of outbreaks in shrimp farms throughout the world. Monodon baculovirus has been known to be invasive 85-100% hatcheries, early or late stages shrimp. Three-hundred and sixty juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei with average (±SD) size 7.99±0.54 g 3600 post larvae 10-15 were prepared from Shrimp Research Station located Helleh 3 hatcheries Bushehr Province, southern part Iran, respectively. They allocated 9 glass aquariums (50×50×60cm) as 2 groups (postlarvae juvenile), controls replications using100 liters well aerated water. exposed MBV water-born path. Concerning pathogenesis, three phases observed. The quantity intranuclear occlusion bodies was 1-9. Mortality only observed postlarvae but not adult control groups. It is concluded that can an pathogen for SPF offspring L. being imported Iran.
