摘要: In this article the current political debates at World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) relating to proposed “development agenda” are set out and contextualised. Central proposal for WIPO Development Agenda is need make link United Nations (of which a Specialised Agency) actually mean something. Thus, centre of an engagement with hitherto accepted mission organisation “promote” intellectual property rights (IPRs). The discusses main components discussion date regarding their adoption modification by WIPO.
