摘要: Using a common property resource conceptualization, this article introduces new methodology for crowding valuation in touristic city centres. Crowding issues are defined terms of utility gains or losses through stated-preference choice experiment, making it possible to quantify disturbances monetary terms. The proposed method is applied the case Antwerp, Belgium, specifically focusing on effect use density local inhabitants. study serves reveal quantitatively theorized quadratic effects space residents. Potential different levels discussed and compared actual levels. provides opportunities threshold optimization crowding-sensitive urban areas, taking into account communitybased norm development.
