摘要: Purpose To perform systematic investigations on parameter selection of a dual-echo sequence (ToF-SWI) for combined 3D time-of-flight (ToF) angiography and susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI). Materials Methods ToF-SWI was implemented 1.5 T 3 MR scanners with complete first-order flow compensation the second echo. The efficiency compensating SWI echo studied based phantom in vivo examinations. Arterial venous contrasts were examined volunteers as function flip angle compared additionally acquired single-echo ToF data. Results Complete is required to reduce arterial contamination part caused by signal voids. A ramped 20° depicted arteries best while contrast preserved. Comparing ToF-SWI demonstrated similar quality delineated all major equally well. Venous delineation degraded due lower SNR associated thinner slabs used acquisition. Conclusion A full single scan feasible. This allows simultaneous visualization intrinsically coregistered veins without spatial mis-registration vessels oblique minimal loss arteries. J. Magn. Reson.
