摘要: A competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (c-ELISA) was developed as an alternative to the viral neutralization (VN) test for rapid and simple detection of antibodies rabies virus. The competitor antibody in c-ELISA a biotinylated monoclonal nucleoprotein Initial comparisons showed high correlation between titers obtained with VN (n = 88, r 0.90), indicating that could be used reliable substitute test. To evaluate immune status Japanese dogs virus, total 1,019 serum samples were collected from domestic 1994 tested c-ELISA. Overall, 84.8% had against vaccination strategy preventing outbreaks is probably sufficient Japan. Dogs receiving final vaccinations year or more previously 48.3 90.3% positive when vaccinated once only two times, respectively. This suggests almost all twice remain seropositive over 1
