摘要: Intracerebroventricular administration of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) shortened the duration pentobarbital-induced sleep and produced significant hypermotility in rat. Although induced by methamphetamine was not potentiated central VIP, L-DOPA-induced pargyline-pretreated rats markedly enhanced VIP this suppressed simultaneous cholecystokinin octapeptide (CCK-8) a dose-related manner. Apomorphine-induced also VIP. These results suggest that may stimulate postsynaptic dopaminergic receptor, causing an increase motility, possible reciprocal interaction exists between CCK-8.
