摘要: A number of methods have been used to obtain samples with chemical and physical properties similar those found at a receptor. Inherent in these is the requirement that be collected on substrates are compatible ambient analyses. For high-temperature point sources, either sampling dilution/cooling system or plume state-of-the-art techniques. low-temperature source much simpler size-categorization generally only principal concern. Both ground-based airborne samplers appropriate for process fugitive emissions. major subdivision category between sources continuous near-continuous emissions intermittent. variety specially designed samplers, as well commercially available successfully collecting from sources. The key considerations sample collection sampler sitting, duration, composting variability, contamination by other nearby final category, passive emissions, does not require sophisticated instrumentation material. often complex consideration selection compositing schemes produce profiles representative material impacting receptor sites. This chapter describes strategies, instrumentation, protocols, data management procedures. In addition, selected also presented chapter.
