摘要: These experiments were done to determine whether the culture medium used for spontaneous maturation of mouse oocytes can affect subsequent capacity ova become fertilized and complete preimplantation development in vitro live young. Oocytes obtained from antral follicles gonadotropin-primed immature mice underwent control medium, i.e. Eagle's Minimum Essential Medium (MEM) supplemented with 5% fetal bovine serum, or one eight different media which also serum. All Whitten's assessed cleavage 2-cell stage further blastocysts during medium. Three oocyte improved develop blastocyst when compared control: Waymouth MB 752/1, MEM non-essential amino acids, Alpha; promoted highest frequency stage. Moreover, derived that matured contained more cells than Although BGJb eggs present maturation, it had a detrimental effect on their developmental capacity. Following transfer foster mothers, embryos developed young after (21%) (13%).(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
