摘要: Disclosed are compositions, methods and devices for the in situ synthesis of nucleic acids. In an exemplary embodiment, a support-bound oligonucleotide is elongated by addition one or more nucleotides hybridization partially double-stranded oligonucleotide, ligation removal unwanted nucleotides.
