摘要: The process for obtaining juice, especially apple from a mash obtained by crushing cells is free of enzymatic or biochemical processing steps removal pectins and performs the juice extraction continuously. fluid phase in continuous centrifugation foam combined with pectin components floating on it are separated each other, advantageously vibrating screen. This eventual subsequent downstream separation steps, including example residual cellulose fibrous fractions centrifugal decantation, must be completed before reaction oxygen begins. An apparatus performing this also described.
