Linking research institute with post offices for dissemination of agricultural technologies: an action research

摘要: Action research on establishing linkages with post office in dissemination of agricultural technology was conducted. In the first phase study, offices and their personnel (n=50) at district, block villages levels district Sitapur Uttar Pradesh were contacted to explore linkage possibility. The trend analysis works showed that during last 10 years (since popularization mobile phone), there sharp decline (about 50%) mail delivery ordinary post. Similarly, sale postal stamp revenue had declined same extent.
