摘要: A process for rinsing hard surfaces comprising contacting the with an aqueous rinse aid composition containing fatty acid-N-alkyl polyhydroxyalkyl amides corresponding to formula I: ##STR1## wherein R1 CO is aliphatic acyl radical 6 22 carbon atoms, R2 hydrogen, alkyl or hydroxyalkyl 1 4 and Z! a linear branched 3 10 atoms hydroxyl groups.
