摘要: Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) heavily affects the global pork industry. Current available vaccine strategies have inherent drawbacks. In this work, immune enhancement from Taishan Pinus massoniana pollen polysaccharide (TPPPS) Freund's adjuvant on efficacy of a PRRSV subunit were examined. Titers specific anti-highly pathogenic (HP-PRRSV) ELISA antibody neutralizing significantly higher in pigs groups inoculated with medium- high-dose TPPPS (mTPPPS, hTPPPS) co-administered recombinant HP-PRRSV glycoprotein 5 (GP5) than those other (P 0.05). The ratio between CD3(+)CD4(+) CD3(+)CD8(+) T lymphocyte subpopulations indicated inoculums GP5 + mTPPPS hTPPPS induced consistently low-dose (lTPPPS) also exhibited effects humoral proliferation responses but these lower doses < Pigs challenged mTPPPS, hTPPPS, showed viremia, fewer clinical signs, pathological lung lesions compared GP5-alone lTPPPS There significant differences detection indexes after viral challenge conclusion, moderate as an show promise candidate for to efficiently prevent control HP-PRRSV.
