摘要: Abstract A myoglobin (Mb) film was successfully assembled layer-by-layer with zirconia formed by vapor-surface sol–gel deposition on solid surfaces. The method involved vaporization of zirconium butoxide (Zr(OBu) 4 ) into thin layers water, forming ZrO 2 after hydrolysis Zr(OBu) . Mb adsorption alternated the layers. {ZrO /Mb} n films at pyrolytic graphite electrodes demonstrated a pair well-defined and nearly reversible CV peaks about −0.34 V vs SCE, characteristic Fe(III)/Fe(II) redox couple, used to catalyze reduction oxygen hydrogen peroxide. FTIR spectroscopy comparison studies /catalase} suggest that in essentially retains its native structure. Compared nanoparticles, showed larger numbers electroactive bilayers higher maximum surface concentration Mb, which may be related unique structure porosity.
