摘要: Objective The aim of this work was to study the effects paclitaxel-loaded nanobubbles targeting pro-gastrin-releasing peptide, designated as paclitaxel nanobubbles, on small cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods Paclitaxel were prepared by Thin-film hydration method. Subsequently, nanomaterials tested for their in vitro SCLC H446 cells proliferation, apoptosis and motility using CCK-8 assay, flow cytometry scratch test. Next, potential molecular regulatory mechanisms evaluated RT-PCR, Western blot immunohistochemical detection. Finally, vivo constructed assessed tumor tumor-burdened nude mice models. Results significantly inhibited proliferation migration, promoted apoptosis. Moreover, expression levels Bcl-2, survivin, CDK2 MMP-2 decreased treated with whereas caspase-3 Rb increased. There a notable decrease size models nanobubbles. Conclusion effectively migration invasion induced Hence, these show SCLC-targeted drug treatment application.
