摘要: Milk lipids were fractionated by silicic acid column chromatography and preparative thinlayer (TLC). Ceramide monohexoside (CMH), ceramide dihexoside (CDH), phosphatidyl ethanolamine (PE), choline (PC), serine (PS), sphingomyelin (Sph) isolated, the purity of each was checked infrared spectroscopy TLC. The diacylphospholipids hydrolyzed with phospholipase A products separated Fatty methyl esters prepared from various fractions analyzed gas chromatography.
