摘要: Paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP) is a well known syndrome produced by PSP toxins. These are present in several species of and include wide family compounds, which makes it difficult to separate quantitate all them, due their similarities. The mouse bioassay (MBA) was the first method accepted worldwide analyze them. Although has been used for many years, some chemical methods have tested successfully replace it, drawbacks that MBA has. scientific community shown here, as advantages using them regulatory purposes.
