摘要: This paper presents a longitudinal study of the relationship between personality, coping, chronic stress, social support and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). A hypothesized model predictor variables PTSD symptoms was proposed. Path analyses completed to test model. One hundred fifty-eight adult burn survivors questionnaires measuring each in hospital. Of those 124 94 measure at 1 month 6 months postdischarge, respectively. The fit data time point with slight variations. accounted for 46 29% variance hospitalization month. Neuroticism most important personality dimension predicting PTSD. Avoidant Coping Social Support mediated high percentage best hospitalization.
