Factors influencing phagocytosis of Salmonella typhimurium by macrophages in murine schistosomiasis.

摘要: Investigamos a influencia da carga bacteriana e de anticorpos especificos sobre fagocitose na esquistossomose. Macrofagos camundongos esquistossomoticos mostraram uma menor capacidade para aumentar mesmo presenca alta bacteriana, devido um reduzido envolvimento destas celulas incapacidade o numero bacterias fagocitadas por macrofago. Camundongos normais infectados Salmonella typhimurium aumentaram sua fagocitaria quando expostos bacteriana. Anticorpos significantemente macrofagos ao aumento do ingeridas mas nao causaram nenhuma modificacao no envolvidos fagocitose. Nossos dados indicam que trabalham proximo seu limite funcional, desde nenhum significante foi observado apos podem melhorar e, portanto, poderiam auxiliar eliminacao infeccao concomitante Salmonella.
