摘要: Mice that had a light, chronic infection with Schistosoma mansoni were superinfected by the intravenous and oral routes Salmonella enteritidis or Listeria monocytogenes, course of was monitored observation growth organisms in vivo, as well compilation data on mortality. No increase resistance shown against intravenously injected Salmonella. Despite extensive pathologic changes organs mice infected schistosomes, bacteria cleared normally. Orally administered salmonellae eventually caused more severe systemic rapid rise counts organs. Schistosome-infected mice, periodically challenged Listeria, displayed an increased nonspecific at two eight weeks after initiation helminthic infection, phase decreased late schistosomiasis. The periods are probably result stimulation reticuloendothelial system soluble schistosomal antigens known to be released these times.
