摘要: An increase in the specific activity of kinase and transferase is observed when late growth phase compared with early exponential phase. The more pronounced presence saturating inducer concentrations than uninduced cultures. Epimerase does not D-fucose, provided other enzymes galactose pathway are present. It believed that increases due to an increased rate synthesis phase, lack coordination found for epimerase inactivation latter enzyme, which occurs D-fucose needs intact pathway.
