摘要: The essential oils fromCedrus atlantica, Styrax tonkinensis, Juniperus communis, Lavandula angustifolia, Melaleuca alternifolia, Pelargonium graveolens, Pogestemon patchouli andRosmarinus officinalis were analyzed by GC-MS. Antifungal activities of the investigated disk diffusion assay and broth dilution method againstAspergillus niger andA. flavus. effects geraniol oil fraction fromP. graveolens on antifungal activity amphotericin B ketoconazole examined using a checkerboard microtiter against bothAspergillus fungi. Most tested oils, with exception ofC. J. P. patchouli, significantly inhibited growth ofA. to lesser extent that flavus, MICs (minimal inhibitory concentrations) in range 0.78-12.5 mg/mL ofP. its main components, citronellol, exhibited additive species, resulting fractional concentration (FIC) indices ranging from 0.52 1.00.
