摘要: Information-technology policies in many countries are full of aspirational statements and not generally based on the available evidence. This paper aims to contribute a proper discussion evidence electronic health records (EHR). The describes methods we used review impact EHR clinical work administration, summarizes our findings, discusses their relevance context policy makers' information requirements. We argue that literature has, date, largely failed deliver usable findings.
