摘要: Abstract Efficient diagnosing of a computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine is considered to be very important component modern manufacturing systems. It requires knowledge and expertise that are difficult or sometimes impossible find in human experts. An expert system proposed overcome this problem. The diagnostic model used study hybrid reasoning approach between deep shallow model. which represents the heuristic provided two different ways: fault direct access for search boundary generation (for model). structure behavior CNC system, knowledge, use general strategy locate exactly. provides an efficient effective main objective paper propose logic interpretation ladder diagrams electrical machines define location. Other technical necessary accomplish process. base prototype developed production rule based; it consists approximately 500 rules. A condition-based forward-chaining concept rule-ordering used. These concepts reduce size.
