摘要: Currently reconstructive techniques, such as flap surgery, represent gold standard for the treatment of extensive tissue defects. Nevertheless, engineering opens up unexpected possibilities novel therapeutic strategies to plastic and surgery. Due promising findings in this field research, it is believed that future times established surgical therapy modalities may be supplemented by application artificial engineered tissue.
