摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter focuses on the metabolism and function of phosphatidylinositol- derived arachidonic acid. Increased release arachidonate subsequent synthesis eicosanoids appear to be related agonist-induced phosphoinositide responses in several tissues. Depending agonist type tissue involved, mechanisms for exist. Two have been investigated some detail.
