摘要: Abstract An impedimetric aptasensor is reported here for the ultrasensitive detection of ibuprofen (IBP) using water soluble cadmium telluride (CdTe) quantum dots (QDs) as efficient electrochemical platform. The CdTe QD layer was used a quite suitable interface subsequent conjugation aptamer (Apt). QDs owing to their large surface area, caused increase in amount Apt absorbed on modified electrode which resulted enhanced signal response. Also, ion centers may have had major role amplifying signal. In this method, IBP specific immobilized onto glassy carbon (GCE) and through binding its Apt, IBP/Apt complex formed. More importantly, developed strategy shows highly sensitive responses IBP, more than those previously methods. Under optimal conditions, detected by impedance spectroscopy (EIS) quantitatively. Calibration curve concentration linear up 20 μM limit low 16 pM. successfully detect real samples such spiked human serum pharmaceutical formulations. use unique platform elimination antibodies or enzymes amplified are advantages aptasensor. Our work will shed light new diagnostic applications aptasensors promising an alternative approach various target assays.
