摘要: The fat soluble vitamin D, anti Thyroperoxidase (anti TPO) enzyme, an enzyme involved in thyroid hormone synthesis has a role uncontrolled type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2D). Vitamin D diverse functions human body and it carries out its function via receptors (VDR). This VDRs are present most types of immune cells. immuno modulator property is due to effects on T B lymphocytes. Thus, vitamins modifies cell mediated responses regulate inflammatory activity.  In T2D,  there insulin resistance (high titers antibodies), decreased activity increased TPO levels. study concludes probable relation between related activity, signaling molecules T2D which increases the progression this condition autoimmune disease.
