摘要: For the first time under auspices of Bureau International des Poids et Mesures (BIPM), seven national metrology institutes (NMIs) participated in an international interlaboratory comparison on thermal-conductivity measurements by guarded hot-plate method. Measurements were conducted successively all participants same set specimens insulating materials (mineral wool and expanded polystyrene) at temperatures ranging from 10 °C to 40 °C, according Standard ISO 8302. This protocol aims minimize issues material variability circulating pairs among laboratories following strict format a round-robin test program. is pilot study which intended as stage for future key comparisons between NMIs. The descriptive analysis obtained results shows good agreement mineral (MW) thicker polystyrene (EPS), with relative deviations within uncertainties measurement. A positive drift values, has appeared progressively during process, seems be correlated size metering area hot plates used. statistical was applied repeated 23 identify anomalous outlying data, assess within- between-laboratory variability, evaluate participant laboratories’ performance.
