摘要: P110δ phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) plays a pivotal role in the recruitment and activation of certain inflammatory cells. Recent findings revealed that activity p110δ also contributes to allergen-IgE-induced mast cell vascular permeability. We investigated allergic airway inflammation hyperresponsiveness using IC87114, selective inhibitor, mouse asthma model. BALB/c mice were sensitized with OVA and, upon aerosol challenge, developed eosinophilia, mucus hypersecretion, elevation cytokine chemokine levels, up-regulation ICAM-1 VCAM-1 expression, hyperresponsiveness. Intratracheal administration IC87114 significantly (P<0.05) attenuated OVA-induced influx into lungs total leukocytes, eosinophils, neutrophils, lymphocytes, as well levels IL-4, IL-5, IL-13, RANTES dose-dependent manner. reduced serum IgE OVA-specific LTC...
