摘要: The present invention provides micro-fluidic systems, a method for the manufacturing of such system and controlling or manipulating fluid flow through micro-channels system. Herefore, an inner side wall microchannel is provided with actuator elements which can change shape orientation as response to external stimulus. Through this may be controlled manipulated.
