摘要: p53 protein plays an important role in control of cell proliferation by suppressing cells with DNA damage. Mutations the gene increase stability encoded nonfunctional which accumulates nuclei, allowing it to be detectable immunohistochemistry. Mutant has been observed preneoplastic and neoplastic conditions supporting its development some human cancers. In this immunohistochemical study, we examined expression 12 Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans (DFSP) 10 Dermatofibromas (DF). Results were compared cellular rate using monoclonal antibody Mib-1 detects Ki-67 antigen expression. Nuclear accumulation was 11 DFSP. All DF negative for p53.
