摘要: The Campylobacter species usually causes infection between humans and livestock interaction via breeding. studies of the thus far in all clinical isolates were to show many kinds antibiotic phenomenon that produced. Their integrons cause induction resistance bacterial species. strains from diarrhea pediatric patient which isolated by China Medical University Hospital storage bank. These identified MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. anti-microbial susceptibility test showed resistant cefepime, streptomycin, tobramycin trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole (all C. jejuni coli isolates), ampicillin (89% jejuni; 75% coli), cefotaxime (78% 100% nalidixic acid tetracycline 25% ciprofloxacin (67% 50% kanamycin (33% coli) fetus isolate resisted ampicillin, cefotaxime, acid, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, disc-diffusion method. effect for was tested using an E-test. tet, erm, integron genes detected PCR assay. According sequencing analysis (type I: dfr12-gcuF-aadA2 type II: dfrA7 gene), cassette identified. most common gene 9 2 isolates; 1 isolates) found 12 class I integrase-positive isolates. Our results suggested important information latency with genes, irrational antimicrobial use should be concerned.
