摘要: A survey of Deoxynivalenol and Zearalenone content in commercial dry foods for growing dogs. The Polish market dog food dogs small breeds was surveyed the presence DON ZEN with its metabolites αand β-zearalenol (α-, β-ZOL). LC/ /MS method applied 6 randomly selected foods. low levels toxins found, gives overall picture safe segment market. masked α-zearalenol, however, from perspective long term consumption amounts may pose a health risk reproductive system bitches.
