摘要: At present, carry-over research in mycotoxins experiences a change focus. We reviewed the state-of-art knowledge regarding aflatoxins, ochratoxin A, Fusarium toxins, patulin, ergot and citrinin. The common cooccurrence of demands for employment multi-toxin analysis poses new challenge reliable health hazard assessment. Synergies adverse mycotoxin effects call revision various guidance levels feed. found lack risk assessment rare metabolites usually considered negligible.
