摘要: Summary (1) Some of the afferents ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus (HVM) have been studied in mature mouse and rat brains with rapid Golgi method. (2) Entirely surrounding is a fiber capsule which encompasses dense terminal field. (3) The HVM composed axons from stria terminalis, mammillary peduncle, medial forebrain bundle, lateral hypothalamus. It also contains fibers enter diencephalon through zona incerta. (4) These all boutons en passant short collaterals terminate capsule. these synapse repetitive fashion on those dendrites that extend into (5) In addition to their terminals capsule, most fine penetrate interior HVM. end as small do not appear any unique specializations. Small swellings along such penetrating may form axosomatic synapses neurons.
