摘要: Enterprise systems have evolved in the last three decades from MRP (material requirements planning), II and ERP (enterprise resource planning) to turn of century. integrates core system with specialized solutions SCM (supply chain management), SRM (supplier relationship CRM (customer PRM (partner management) KM (knowledge enabled by e-business technologies. This research investigates readiness Jordanian industrial companies for implementation via an empirical study using a self-administered questionnaire. The results revealed that all components exception PRM, while suffering significant integration deficiency, lacking BI (business intelligence) support. findings this shall encourage review their strategies maximize IT investment return.
