摘要: Abstract Unstimulated and stimulated saliva was examined in patients with Sjogren's syndrome. The composition of unstimulated depends on the secretion-rate which decreases as disorder progresses. If secretion rate exceeds 0.01 ml/min, does not differ characteristically from healthy control. Flow rates below this value are associated extremely high sodium protein concentration. Responsiveness to stimulation is consistently reduced, increase level attenuated while decrease inorganic phosphate concentration acid phosphatase activity, observed response controls, absent
