摘要: There are a variety of chemicals in aquatic environment, so it is important to assess the toxicity. The biomarkers such as induction DNA damage, micronuclei, vitellogenin, and hepatic P450 fish known be effective for monitoring genotoxic and/or estrogenic chemicals. However, there little study use these same fish. Goldfish (Carassius auratus) widely used suitable size collect blood or organs. In this study, validity multiple-biomarkers goldfish was checked using standard applied river water. Ho River, which flows through textile dyeing factory Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, reported show genotoxicity toward Salmonella typhimurium TA98 YG1024. When were exposed activity, CYP1A observed. Through assumed that not only mutagens/carcinogens but also endocrine disrupting poly aromatic hydrocarbons present River. Therefore, chemical identification should required. We could evaluate both activity simultaneously, might good experimental model estimation contamination levels environment.
