摘要: To determine the analgesic efficacy and duration of lidocaine 20 mg 40 mg on eliminating vascular pain associated with hypertonic saline infusion. Patients who complained during infusion were randomized into three groups. They received normal (Group C), or L20), L40). An electronic stopwatch was used to record time onset (T1) termination (T2) effect, (AD) calculated as T2 − T1. The incidence elimination significantly higher in both groups (83.3 56.1% Groups L40 L20, respectively) than group (16.3%). Furthermore, more effective pain. longer Group L20 (211.4 ± 50.2 vs. 130.3 ± 39.5 s, P < 0.001) C 45.1 ± 14.5 s, P < 0.001), (P < 0.001). transient tinnitus/dizziness (19.0 2.4%, P < 0.05). A single bolus Lidocaine induced by infusion, but just for a short period time. (without venous occlusion) only provides local vein.
