摘要: Hepatitis A (HA) is an acute human infectious disease caused by a positive single-stranded RNA virus (HAV). It mainly acquired through the fecal–oral route and primarily spread contact between people exposure to contaminated water food. Recently, large outbreaks of HA have been reported low moderate endemicity countries, emphasizing its importance in public health need for rapid large-scale diagnostic tests support decisions on HA. This work proposes new tool HAV diagnosis based association surface plasmonic resonance with major capsid protein VP1 (SPR-HAVP1 assay), detecting IgM antibodies serum samples. Structural analyses B-lymphocyte epitopes showed continuous discontinuous epitopes. The were identified N-terminal region protein. Both epitope types shown reactivity native denaturing conditions anti-HAV, which was favorable SPR assays. SPR-HAVP1 assays good performance detection polyclonal antibody anti-HAV. These performed using COOH5 sensor chip functionalized sensorgram record significant difference negative samples, confirmed analysis variation initial final dissociation values time (ΔRUd/t). data gathered here are unequivocal evidence that strategy can be applied detect HAV. explored diagnose infections.
