Effects of Zn-Doped Mesoporous Bioactive Glass Nanoparticles in Etch-and-Rinse Adhesive on the Microtensile Bond Strength.

摘要: The purpose of this study was to assess the effects in dentin bond strength dental adhesives (DAs) and biological using zinc (Zn)-doped mesoporous bioactive glass nanoparticles (MBN-Zn). Synthesized MBN MBN-Zn were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction Brunauer, Emmett Teller (BET) method. matrix metalloproteinases (MMP) inhibition DA-MBN DA-MBN-Zn analyzed. microtensile (MTBS) test conducted before after thermocycling investigate on MTBS DAs. properties analyzed with human pulp stem cells (hDPSCs). Compared DA, only DA-1.0% exhibited a statistically significant decrease MMP activity. values significantly increased compared DA (p < 0.05). It confirmed via MTT assay that there no cytotoxicity for hDPSCs at 50% extract. In addition, increases alkaline phosphatase activity Alizarin Red S staining observed DA-1.0%MBN-Zn. These data suggest 1.0% enhance remineralization capability DAs stabilize long-term inhibiting MMPs.
