摘要: We have employed a new in vitro assay for study of the T3 sulfation activity rat tissues. The measures by RIA generation sulfate (T3S) during incubation with cytosol tissues as source phenol sulfotransferase(s) and 3-phosphoadenosine-5'-phosphosulfate donor. conversion to T3S proceeded rapidly 30 min at 37 C, optimal pH reaction was 8.0. Heating 44 C 15 decreased production 63% its value C. plentiful liver, brain, kidney, but little demonstrable other Km maximum velocity hepatic were 114 microM 159 pmol/mg protein.h, respectively. There marked inhibition salicylamide, 3'-monoiodothyronine, thyronine, rT3; IC50 these inhibitors approximated 15, less than 0.1, 9.5, 43 microM, On day 17 gestation, c...
