摘要: The presence of zero field steps (ZFS) on the volt-ampere characteristics long Josephson junctions has been generally accepted as a manifestation fluxon propagation. Each step represents an equal number fluxons and antifluxons resonating in junction period fixed by length. However, extra have experimentally observed which appear to correspond non-integral numbers traversing one period. We use computer simulation sine-Gordon equation separate mechanical model demonstrate that it is feasible maintain different within With appropriate choice asymmetric boundary conditions corresponding applied magnetic field, end junction, upon arrival antifluxon, may release or more fluxons, while opposite capable absorbing these fluxons. Thus, passing through given point not same If difference between odd number, addition ZFS characteristic. variety complex behavior fields can be explained using concept creation annihilation at boundaries.
