摘要: Phosphodiesterase III inhibitors combine positive inotropic and vasodilator properties. These are therefore frequently used to treat low cardiac output and/or severe left heart failure associated with surgery. Their effects on energy metabolism visceral organ function not well studied, however, particularly in comparison their 'competitors' daily practice (that is, catecholamines).
