摘要: Abstract Sulphate conjugation was investigated using extracts of human foetal liver cells in culture. The three reactions which are involved sulphate were measured singly or combination: they (i) the PAPS generation catalyzed by ATP-sulphurylase and adenosine 5'-phosphosulphate (APS)-kinase, (ii) phenolsulphotransferase (PST) reaction, (iii) overall comprises above reactions. All radiometric assays employing PAP 35 S sodium sulphate. N-acetyldopamine (NADA) substrate choice although also demonstrated with dopamine 1-naphthol.
