摘要: In recent years, mindset of people is observed much more inclined towards the usage renewable energy systems because environmentally friendly nature and monetary advantages fuel saving. However, since non-conventional sources are unpredictable in nature, consequently high penetration these causes reliability power quality issues. It inspires researchers to redefine or develop frequency regulation strategies. This paper introduces a fractional-order control methodology adapt primary from deloaded tidal generators on basis existing constraints. ameliorated by inertia damping control, supplementary system. The processes implemented through fractional controllers. The parameters controllers tuned imperialist competitive algorithm. To assess effectiveness proposed controller, simulated outcomes evaluated with conventional controller. Besides this, ICA-based controller results also compared other algorithms such as particle swarm optimization genetic An improvement performance index 16.11 22.80% reported strategy.
