摘要: In the tight-coupled next generation heterogeneous wireless networks, a user with multi-interface terminal may have network access for different service providers using various technologies. Radio selection (RNS) is mechanism which decides how to select most suitable (AN) based on discovered accesses, QoS constraints, operator policies, preferences and available system capacity utilization. Optimizing process an important issue of research, leads reduction signalling mobile device power loss other hand improves quality (QoS) grade (GoS). This paper presents designs multi criteria RNS solution that considers environment co-existed WWAN, WMAN, WLAN. The developed contains two modules. first module resides in terminal. It network-assisted terminal-controlled algorithm reflect viewpoint process. second common radio resource management (CRRM) entity. terminalassisted network-controlled decision. uses combined parallel fuzzy logic control Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) achieve scalable, flexible, general, adaptable solution. simulation results show our has better more robust performance over several reference algorithms.
