摘要: In the last decade, a variety of ribosomally synthesized antimicrobial peptides or bacteriocins produced by lactic acid bacteria have been identified and characterized. As result these studies, insight has gained into fundamental aspects biology biochemistry such as producer self protection, membrane-protein interactions, protein modification secretion. Moreover, it become evident that may be developed useful additives. Class IIa can considered major subgroup from bacteria, not only because their large number, but also activities potential applications. They first attracted particular attention listericidal compounds are now believed to next in line if more approved future. The present review attempts provide an general knowledge available for class discusses common features recent findings concerning substances.
